Schedule
- First Hour - Lecture, Room 112
- The lecture will focus around teaching a workflow or process that focuses on using a variety tools towards specific goal, along with providing a variety of tips and tricks to make work more efficient, precise and clean while also referencing theoretical or digital precedence. The workflow will be posted on the course page on the Wiki for students to follow along.
- Students must sign in on the attendance sheet within the first 10 minutes of class or will be considered absent.
- Laptops are not required but suggested. Online browsing is not permitted.
- Second Hour - Section, Studio
- Students will then meet upstairs according to their sectioned studio space and practice using the workflow according to a specific Problem Set. GSIs will answer questions publicly using a monitor as well as provide additional resources and suggestions.
- Problem Sets are due by the end of class and reviewed the following week.
- Students who do not submit a problem set will be considered ABSENT for the class.
Software Requirements
All of these programs are also available on the lab computers on the 2nd and 4th floor. Lab access is available on a semester basis for a 98 fee. There is also a friendly computing team located on the 4th floor in case you are having troubleshooting problems. Computer problems should be address prior to section - failure to complete a problem set due because of technological problem will still result in a class absence.

- Available as a Rhino Student Version as well as a Demo copy (however this only allows 25 saves!!!).

Section Sign-up
Fill out the section sign-up sheet that is handed out. Be sure to write your name as it appears in the student registration and WRITE LEGIBLY. Be sure to hand these in before you leave class today.
Next Week
- Come to class on time according to your assigned section (morning or afternoon)
- Upstairs studio space should be already set up
- Software (Rhino + Adobe Suite) should be already installed and running on your computer

- Tutorials on all of the Adobe products typically catered to graphic designers.

- Very in-depth and comprehensive tutorials on a large range of software products from Rhino to Revit, Illustrator to After Effects. Some tutorials are free however most require a monthly fee of $25.
